Hi, I’m Paul Carlson- a full-time Twin Cities REALTOR® who believes that great real estate decisions start with clear information, thoughtful guidance, and a calm, steady approach. Since 2005, I’ve helped buyers and sellers navigate the market with confidence, always taking the time to listen, explain options, and make sure nothing feels rushed or overwhelming.

I hold a degree in Finance and Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and bring additional insight from my background as a mortgage loan originator. This combination allows me to guide clients smoothly through both the real estate and lending sides of a transaction.

I’m a lifelong Twin Cities resident, having grown up in Bloomington, and my wife, daughter, and I have proudly called Woodbury home since 2002. Outside of real estate, I enjoy weekly golf leagues, evening walks with my family and our mini-schnauzer, Dexter, and staying involved in the hockey community as a USA Hockey–certified referee. In the fall and spring, my wife and I travel throughout the Midwest to cheer on our daughter as she rows for Creighton Women’s Rowing.
